I do not deny the fact all those dentemp of any brand may be a hit or miss. Though one thing in common they have ifs their application which is roughly about the same and in my experience for best application is: 1- have well cleaned hands and fingers with no natural skin oil. So wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap. 2- Mouth wash, then rince, and rince again and try keeping your mouth well moist but never overflowing with fluids 3- Make a rough small ball of dentemp, place the dentemp onto the cavity 4- press hard with a finger, then adjust sides if too much go out of tooth shape, then press again,until your are satisfied with visual application 5- Lightly and shortly bite the application Too much pressure and the dentemp is likely to jump out. Not enough pressure and the dentemps will NOT form as it should for best biting experience once dried. Also not enough pressure and dentemps cannot fill in well in crevices and such! 6- Do NOT eat anything for next 3~4 hours. In my experience I would also say, try not to drink hot beverages for next hour or so, though cold water seems to be ok 30 minutes after.

I am sorry the next day it was hard as a rock. The tiny blue plastic jar looks way bigger online than it really is. It is very tiny. I made sure I kept it closed while I applied it. The next day it had become very hard, I had to throw it away. What that tell me is that it was probably old. or damaged in some way but one thing I know for sure I did nothing to cause it to get hard. Maybe I just got a bad batch or old batch. After reading the directions and applying Dentemp on my cap, it stayed on less than five minutes and dropped out thank goodness on to the palm of my hand, I reacted and caught it. Because it did not work for me does not mean that it will not work for the next person.

The product has performed much better than I expected however, I think the size of the package is somewhat deceptive. Stating the amount in the container in grams is not a reasonable way to describe the amount of product you receive. I doubt if one person in ten could tell you how many grams there are in an ounce. The best measurement is the 8+ repairs but that's easy to miss. You've fufilled your legal obligation but not your moral one. If you could put the "8+ repairs" in a box and not run the type over two different parts of the background, it would be easier to notice. Frankly,I doubt that there are actually 8+ repairs in the container. I could not make the same repair that I did another seven times. It would be more like four to five and my problem was re-cementing a cap. There is always a small amount of waste when you make a repair like this and you can't re-use the waste. After one aborted attempt, I successfully made the repair and it has been several weeks since I re-cemented the cap. I eat and brush afterwards and have experienced no subsequent problems.

Purchased after I broke a crown on a wisdom tooth. I filled the large crack so I could last a week before I saw the dentist. The dentist commented that I applied it well and it kept the inside of the crown clean.

Dispite multiple attemps and coaching from my aunt, who is a hygenist, i was not able to resecure my temporary crown. After brushing and cleaning with peroxide i was able to use it as a temporary cover for a cavity. I don't know if this was a good idea or not.

Un produit quelque peu difficile lors de l`application, manque un peu d`humidité, mais qualité/prix très dure à battre. Satisfait du produit, si besoin je commande à nouveau sans hésité.

I'm really frustrated, it's delivered ( hard) , not fixing not even sticking to the crown nor to the teeth. It's wasting of money .
