Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength Twin, 80 Count, 2pack

I've been taking this for many years. If I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks or more, my knees would bother me. When I started taking it again, my knees felt great. Takes a couple of weeks for it to kick in. It may not work for everyone, but it 100% works for me.

My husband, who was a carpenter all of his working life, swears by these Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength. He says that they keep his neck, shoulders and back from hurting all the time.

I *think* this stuff helps me. I've had various joint issues beginning in my 30's, and now in my 60's they're either less or no longer there. Of course, I'm not as active athletically as I once was, but I've been taking this supplement since shortly after it came out. Two criticisms I've noticed with the product: 1) The size of the tablets is variable. I've bought these sometimes and have found them to be giant tablets, and other times they are more of a football shape and slightly smaller. I've never really noticed any difference on the label of the varying sizes, so not sure why they can't be the more friendly smaller version. These tablets have been the big ones. 2) Wasteful packaging: Why fill these plastic bottles only half full? Upon opening the first bottle, I noticed this and to safe room in my closet, proceeded to put the second bottle in the first bottle. 160 tablets fit with still room at the top, so why not package them in the most efficient manner and reduce the plastic waste? In this day & age shouldn't we be trying to reduce the amount of plastic we produce? Annoys me that companies ignore smarter packaging options.

Love!! Perfect formula!! With the addition of Boswellia- this is a perfect formula and affordable. I am actually excited about this. This is one of those brand name formulas - you can take for Life. They say notice w/in seven days! I believe it!!

Seems to work. Moving better.

So far so good. Seems to be helping my hips. I feel I am walking better with less pain. Time will tell
