I ordered the twin XL grey grounding sheet for my narrow twin bed, and while it was slightly large, it tucked in just fine and stays in place. The material feels really smooth and soft to the touch — it instantly makes the bed feel more relaxing. It’s a subtle difference, but the calming feel is noticeable. My dog has totally claimed the bed now and seems to love it even more than before! The sheet looks clean and neutral, which works well with the rest of my setup. I’ve been looking for a sheet for my twin bed. This one fit perfect. Hugged the bed like it was made for it. The most important thing about this set, DO NOT get it wet. Keep anything liquid away from this . There is a warning that it can electric shock. So I’d say if you have little ones keep it away from them. The fabric is super comfortable. In love with cotton. When washing make sure you use warm water and not hot or cold. Overall, great material, love the color, and it’s really cool to use.

Great buy for grounding sheets. Comes either an easily attachable ground wire which is inserted into your outlet’s ground slot. Threads running thru the material are machine washable.

I work in IT and used to have problem sleeping deeply because it was hard to get rid of all the positive ions and radiation that I was exposed to. The earthing mat has been amazingly helpful and I literally feel like i am lying on the grass in nature and the body has been able to rest.

This is a very simple product. The flat sheet measures 29" x 50". The fabric is grey but the stitching is white thread and the cord attachment is a black patch with white stitching. There is little to no effort to make this sheet aesthetic any way. It washed up well but was quite wrinkly. The fabric feels rough but I am hoping it will soften over time. I did not notice any difference sleeping on this (I folded it over my pillow so it was in contact with my head, neck and shoulders. I have another mat under me as well. It's a great deal for the price point but there are nicer options out there for sure.
