The ingredients are: Maltose, Glutinous Rice Powder, Sugar, Potato Starch, Sorbic Acid (as preservative). The manufacturer is Hao Han Food Factory and the distributor is Sogo Trading Inc. you should contact the manufacturer to make sure it's not processed with nuts or other allergens. Good luck.

Q: Would these work in red bean soup?

I will not recommend to use on soup. This is very chewable mochi and soft. You will need to find hardest mochi than this. Hope this help.
