Very happy with this supplement. Has dramatic effect on my brain in morning coffee. Can really feel the difference if I forget these drops. Talks about the citrus type flavor, cant taste in dark brew I drink. Give it a whirl.

After years of being unable to increase/retain Vitamin D3 after using OTC and prescription D3 I discovered D3 needed to be combined w Vitamin K for absorption. I also learned that Iron supplements need Vitamin C for absorption. Its very clear that Drs have no interest in learning about nutrition.

I live in the Midwest and it's crucial to keep vitamin D levels up during our harsh, long winters. I have used this product for over a year and when I combine with exercise, Magnesium, and Vitamin C, it really has improved my mood and sleep. No more depression! I know my body is absorbing this product well and it is easy to take every day.

Great results!! D levels are up and at a good middle of the scale level. Seems to work far better than than tablets I’ve taken in the past.

I love the flavor of this! Even my girls think it takes like a sweet tart. It’s a little tangy, but delicious. I just put a dropper full in their mouth every morning. We take it along with our calcium supplement for better absorption. My only complaint is that it gets kind of thick after you place it in the fridge like it says to do and so it kind of starts to stick around the dropper when I pull it out so it keeps getting messy now, but I just have to take my time pulling it out and putting it back in. I’d buy again for sure! To have a vitamin my kids actually like is a win for me!

In early May my Vit. D-3 level was 20 in a ratio of 20 being low norm and 60 high morn.Today , Sept. 14 my D-3 is 52.Kal makes an effective product.
