I received this whiteboard superfast. It took me less than 1/2 hour to put it together and it was an easy task. All the extra things that came with it made me very happy right away. I brainstorm a lot and have used a lot of different whiteboards in my life. This whiteboard is by far the best I have ever had. You can use both sides perfectly and when you flip sides, the board does not move. The board does not move either while writing on it. It has been super easy to erase it and there are not ghost marks left behind. Even better, I also use white paper to right down my thoughts and then I can pin then to the whiteboard next to my previous thoughts. It is light and easy to move from room to room. Do not wait any longer. Get it!

When I first received the whiteboard, it had large warps in the writing surface and was unusable. I was surprised by this because it truly is packaged very securely. DDRPL’s customer service was fantastic. A single email explaining the problem and showing a photo of the warped board was all it took for them to rectify the problem. Raul from customer service was great and he immediately shipped a brand new whiteboard as a replacement that arrived in two days. The new whiteboard had no blemishes and works well. The construction of the frame is sturdy and the rubber wheels on the casters keep the floor from scratching. There is a little bit of ghost marking left behind but it is minimal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and DDRPL!

Update: I generously received a new whiteboard after showing the damage to the one I received. New one has no damage.I am happy with the whiteboard, happy with the customer service. I think the packaging could be improved. Both boxes were partially open when they arrived. However, this didn’t result in any damage to the product. If you buy this whiteboard you will probably like it. I would recommend it to others.This thing is heavy. Which makes it feel like it will last for a long time. The wheels are pretty good and move easily over my carpet.But once you get past that you'll start noticing all kinds of minor but annoying issues with the product. For a cheaper product I'd give it three stars but I'm giving it two stars because it is significantly more expensive than other options.The only part wrapped in plastic inside the box is the whiteboard surface itself. This means that every other part is going to have some kind of small scratch on it.The whiteboard surface I originally received had a scratch on it along with a scuff mark. The scratch is annoying but the scuff mark can't be cleaned. As soon as my dry erase marker went over it it was impossible to wipe off. Now there's a permanent black smudge in the upper right corner of the whiteboard. Luckily I can flip it over, but I paid for two writing surfaces, not one. I could also disassemble it and flip it over so the smudge is on the bottom but I saw it after putting in all of the finishing bits so it'll be really hard to disassemble again.The marker tray is cheaply made and the holes to put the screws through are all warped but you'll never see it since it's on the bottom. This looked bad when I took it out of the box but it makes no difference once it is assembled.The ruler looks neat but I haven't used it yet.The part that is meant to lock the whiteboard at different angles works nicely but the paint came off of it immediately.The "instructions" as others have mentioned leave a lot to be desired. It's more of a parts list and a diagram that you can use to surmise how the thing is put together. One important detail that's left out of the diagram is the locking mechanism I mentioned above. I don't think you can put it on backwards but the diagram is no help here in getting it right the first time.

It looks nice but one side of white board is all wrinkled which makes it more of a one-sided white board. I ordered a replacement and it too was wrinkled on one side. What a waste of our time and money. I’d keep it if the company could send me a board that had two good sides. If I’m going to have a one sided board then I can find one for less money.

Large writing space and easy to flip. 2 of the 4 wheels have a lock to keep in place. That being said, I can simply slide it across my wood floor if desired (with wheel locks on), so I'm not sure if these are useful at my home. The tray is handy. I also like the magnets that come with the board. Also, these are cheap and can be bought in a large quantity for $10. The magnet ruler is a nice touch as well.

Great product! I have used this for several months now with no issues.Easy to assembleConstruction is very sturdy.Wheels work incredibly well; they are rubber and not the cheap plastic kind.The whiteboard itself is perfect - writes well, magnetic, good height, adjustable and is very easy to clean (and most importantly, it comes completely clean; there are no faint marker lines left after you clean it.)This is much better quality than other whiteboards I have purchased in the past; I would definitely recommend this and would buy this product again.

I bought several versions of whiteboards for my office as a test, and I've settled on this one. It's better constructed than the others and the ability to angle the whiteboard is something I didn't think I'd care about, but I really like it. It enables me to write on the bottom of the board by tilting it up, and I don't have to hold it while in that position like other "clip and hold" boards with just a flip option. Thanks.

I was hesitant to spent the money, but I needed something big enough to actually create work flow on, use with my team virtually and make me feel like I was still in the office. I’m glad I purchased this. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes. It’s easy to move and looks great. Great quality! Would buy again.
