Q: How is this on lamb, mashed (or boiled) potatoes, and rabbit? For baked chicken, should i pierce skin and put behind it before baking?

I have not tried this on lamb or rabbit but I have started into mashed potatoes and I love it. As far as baking chicken, I like the skin so I put it behind with a pat of butter as well as on the skin.

Q: How long can this product be used?

You can use a lot or little the garlic flavor is wonderful!! I love this product and I use it on steaks on the grill and you can taste it.

Q: How is the product quality?

Great quality. I use it when call for onion and garlic in cooking. I also put it i pasta water when cooking.

I was concerned that this seasoning might be too salty because salt is listed as the first ingredient. I was so wrong. For me it's the perfect blend and will work well on a hamburger or a roast or a pork chop, even chicken.

This seasoning is totally the bomb! I bought it for the 4th of July celebration with my family. I had bought hamburger meat and was looking for some good seasoning but everything was so expensive. Then I ran across this one and thought it sounds good & I’ll give it a try. I bought it and boy was I impressed! Even my family was too! It tasted like restaurant quality hamburgers! Sooo….. GOOD!!!! I’ve never bought a seasoning that tasted that good before! McCormick out did itself with this one! We liked it so much we used it the next day on our baby back spare ribs! Can’t wait to try it on other food products! This to me is a definite must buy!
