HULISEN Kitchen Bin Countertop

We love this compost bin in our kitchen. After we empty it into our compost bin, it goes into the dishwasher for cleaning. When in use holding produce scraps, as long as you keep the lid on straight, there is no smell. Sometimes we don't fill it up every day so it might even sit with scraps in it for several days without being emptied. If I needed another one, I'd purchase this!

I've used several receptacles over the years, and this is my favorite. The chef's quality stainless insert looks nice and is easy to clean. The overall size of the box and the look of it fits perfect in my kitchen. Very happy with it!

What attracted me to this was that he receptacle could be removed and cleaned. I had the sense that the lid would be a bit heavier to block smells but it seems to be all right. I was back and forth whether I should chose the writing or not...I should have gone with not but that is a matter of taste. This is slightly raised with 4 legs and that is an advantage. If it were not the water from the countertop would be sitting under it. Seems the manufacturer thought of everything. It looks nice in our kitchen.
