Yes, this is a Japanese brand with higher Japanese safety standards.

Will it work with Zippo lighter?

These are canisters for a butane stove. They're pretty big so I don't think you can refill your lighter without an adaptor. There weren't any adaptors included in the package for lighters but they fit in the stove very well.

Are these cans CRV compliant?

Yes. They have the blue paint on the rim

Can I buy a package of six? Twelve is too many.

Unfortunately, They only come in a carton of 12
