Comfortable and great sound quality.
I wear an ear piece everyday when I work and a lot of them hurt my ears. This one is super comfortable and works great! It’s soft and fits easily in my ear. It’s great to not go home with ear pain everyday. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

In my experience Commountain makes good stuff. I use this ear piece on a daily basis at work, and I prefer it to the Motorola version that my employer provides. And this one is at a much lower price point, with no discernible difference in performance.

Echoing and hissing sound. Unclear sound
This item is a garbage. I have used three separate sets and they all are hai no this hissing, echoing sound which is annoying and unclear to hear or understand radio traffic in a loud environment. This item should not be in existence and it should not be sold ever. I am returning the replacement for the third time. Well absolutely request a refund this time and buy something else. People who gave this trash item a 5 star should be banned from reviewing items. I can genuinely say near 100% of those 5 star reviews from from people who never used this item and just like to review crap. Don’t buy it, don’t waste your time or money and don’t waste your energy making it work. Unclear sound

Great for the price
Way better than the earpiece I currently wear for work. Ear pieces in general are not comfortable for me and this one is no different. One thing I can say though is that the piece hooks around your ear, which I like, so the earpiece sort of just sits on the outside of my ear. I like that it has a shorter cord just because it works for me since I am short and did not like the excess cord of my last ear piece.I wish the earpiece was able to switch to different sizes like most are, but it is one size.Overall I like this earpiece. It does not have to be turned up too loud to hear and does not block you from hearing surrounding noises.
