Ghost effect problem and no support possible
I did had dp to hdmi converter from them that work fine. But for this CSV-6200h, it look to work on the main output. but as soon you plug in the mst unit, on the main screen, you got a very disturbing ghost effect. As the mouse cursor get 'double' ghosted at the top left section on the main screen. And sometime when you plug 2 screen on the hdmi unit on the output you do get 1 ghost also on the output display. For projection that turn out to be not usable. I've write them 3 email, write on their fb page and no contact, no reply. Very bad support for a defective product.

poor quality control and design.
the single review for this product should have been a red flag. there is no way to determine if there is power going to the converter since there is no indicator light. for this reason I'm not sure if the unit is not receiving power or if the display port is not functioning.
