Q: How to clean the outside of it. The inside bottom has a zipper, but the oitside ring doesnt. Had this for 1 week and already getting dirty

Dear, Friend, The bottom of the outer cloth cover of the ball pit has a zipper, from where the entire cloth cover can be removed.

Q: The balls constantly get stuck under the foam pad. Is there a way to zip the foam pad to the outer cover?

I do not believe there is a way to zip the foam pad to the outer cover but you could definitely stick velcro to the bottom of the pit and to the foam bottom to keep the foam pad in place and still be able to remove it for washing if necessary. I am planning on doing that as my grandson removes the foam pad, his sister jumps in and you can imagine what happens...a hard landing.
