I add this to my protein shakes. It makes them taste delicious and adds protein.

I LOVE. LOVE. LOVE this keto protein powder. It tastes great, not too sweet, and mixes well. I mix it with my matcha powder to flavor my matcha. I just wish it was higher in protein. I use two scoops to get 20 grams of protein.

I am very picky about protein shakes. They either are chalky or grainy no matter how much I blend it or there is a bad aftertaste. This one blends well with minimal effort. One to three pulses in a Ninja cup blender and it is totally dissolved with no grainy taste. The taste is wonderful even though vanilla would not be my first flavor choice. No bad aftertaste or chemical taste. Minus one star as one serving of 2 scoops only contains 10 grams of protein. Most protein shakes have 25-30 grams.

This stuff is so far superior to Perfect Keto. Not only is it from grass-fed cows, but it also contains collagen and butter. The consistency is very smooth, which probably comes from the butter. It doesn't separate if it sits for awhile. The flavor is also fantastic, kind of chocolate caramel, and because it's sweetened with monk fruit, doesn't have that bitter stevia aftertaste - it almost tastes like there is a bit of real sugar in it - not overly sweet and cloying but just enough to make it taste good. The vast majority of the ingredients aren't too nefarious, unlike almost all of the other whey products on the market. It's about 1/3 the price of Perfect Keto for an equivalent amount, plus the canisters have more servings (thereby cutting down on packaging waste). I think the special I got is still available as well, which cut the price down even more. At the time I paid about 100 bucks for 3 canisters.

We started doing the keto diet almost a year ago, and just recently started making up our workouts and trying intermittent fasting along with it. This meant no eating past 7 and needing something to eat after a late workout. I've been so hesitant getting proteijn powders because I didn't want to go against keto with just a shake. So, I went tok Amazon to check it out. This one seemed to have the best response. We've used it for a couple weeks now, and if works for a late night "snack" as well as a protein supplement. I think it's helping with muscle recovery, but I'm not too sure yet. The taste is good (don't skip on the 2 bsapong scoops) it can taste watered down if there's too much water or not enough powder.

Tried this stuff as indicated as a coffee creamer and it is nothing but NASTY!

I use this with almond milk and my milk frother for reference. This tastes surprisingly good! This is a very rich chocolate taste and can be a little sweet for some, but I love it. This really satisfies my sweet tooth and leaves me feeling great after my workouts, or as a meal replacement. I love that this has collagen in it too! This is an all around great powder its tasty, blends well, keeps me full, I mean its everything that I needed.
