Introduction to Financial Accounting, 11e Paperback – 26 October 2017

5 stars...I have read and gone through Accounting books from Indian authors (which are rated 4+), but I always feel giving the right picture end to end with the right order of steps for financial statements and book keeping was missing in those. This book is fabulous, you will become passionate and a master in accounting if you go through this book. Do remember not to miss even a single line while reading. This book really knows how to present things. Must buy.

The delivery was hassle-free. The online payment option is easy and quick. The book shown online was the exact book that I had received. It was nicely sealed and packaged without any tamper. It's a nicely printed book of good paper quality.The book is a good source of information on introducing accounting and what goes into the accounting business. I've just started reading and I appreciate the efforts of the esteemed authors and publisher for providing the readers with many meaningful examples and interesting illustrations aiding better understanding.This book is meant for those who are a complete naive to accounting and as per its title, it's meant as an introduction to accounting so it shouldn't be bought for advanced level of accounting knowledge like those lengthy books of ICAI. Further, the book focuses more on US GAAP than IndAS and IFRS hence it may not be the best book for exams which demands IndAS and IFRS knowledge in depth.However, if you have the time and patience to read and understand slowly but adventurously then I would recommend buying this book as Pearson publishers are well-known for their quality books.#The views are subjective.#The views are based upon the intial impressions gained from reading first few chapters, so my comment may not provide the best description of this book.

What is the use of such book which just cant deliver what it is meant for.

Excellent book for beginners....Concepts are explained in a simple and lucid language...will highly recommend it....

Good and written in simple language...but all dealings were written in foreign currency and examples are only of America.Good for understanding financial accounting kf other country through this book.
