Love this book! I only started about a week ago, but I was in a very dark place, and I can already feel my attitude changing. Great little journal, and it doesn't take much for the day. Daily questions, although no dates, so no worry if you miss a day or two. The whole back page is for if you have any thoughts or feelings to write down. Buy this book!

For me, it's exactly what I wanted. I like and appreciate the spiral and the paper quality. Enough room to 'journal' on the back side and nice prompts on the front. Each day is exact same. No special quotes or anything to make you think differently. But I love it :)

Not a bad journal, has some great prompts but they became repetitive and would have liked more. all said the book used on a daily basis makes you reflect on your own life in a much deeper way.

Bought two gratitude journals. Came in wonderful condition and received extremely fast. They allow you to give good reflection of the day and think of the things you are thankful for. Lifts the mood and helps appreciate the good in life.

These journals are awesome but this is how it showed up! Now I have to drive somewhere and ship it back....seems a little unfair!

I love the content and the questions. But the book itself is really clunky. smaller binding and softer cover would be better.

I was given my first one as a gift! Love using it! I am already using one of these that was almost full. I ordered this one to continue daily journaling. Love the format!
