Comfortable Right From the First Time I Put Them On
My toe spacer arrived yesterday, and I didn't waste any time putting them on.Full disclosure: I am a HUGE fan of Yoga Toes brand toe separators!! HOWEVER--These separators were much softer and easier to put on than Yoga Toes. The space between the toes for Agile Toes isn't as pronounced/exaggerated like with Yoga Toes. It's a much more gentle stretch. The material of which Agile Toes is crafted is very soft and supple, and I was surprised at the elasticity. I don't know about the reviewers who remarked about difficulty putting these on--I had no difficulties at all.Last night (4/11/19) was the day they arrived, I put them on, and they were comfortable enough to walk around in, and when I went to bed, I put my plantars fasciitis braces on (and yes, I left the Agile Toes ON, too!).Neither did the Agile Toes did not cut off circulation nor did they cause my feet to cramp up--as I've experienced foot cramping with Yoga Toes if I leave them on too long. This review is after only one wearing, and hopefully in time, I can remark in more detail if/when I see a change regarding any diminishment of pain from my Morton's Neuroma.

Comfy toe separators
These are "squishier" than I expected, but that adds to their comfort. I did not use them for pain relief, so I cannot speak to how well they improve that, but I have worn them in shoes before. You can walk in these and wear them in shoes with wide toeboxes. At some point my feet go "enough" and then I take them off. I think these are a great addition to a foot strengthening program, or if you are in early bunion formation (though I am not a physician, so consult your physician for details on treatment).

They actually work.
These actually work really well. After a few weeks I could see a difference. Basically I saw my grandmas feet and realized I need to do something different or I’m going to be needing foot surgery in fifty years. I stopped wearing my pointed toe shoes and started wearing these as much as possible. My feet have gotten so strong.Cleaning: I soak mine in hot water with efferdent which is an antibacterial cleanser I use for my retainers.Cons: my feet have gotten wider so now I can’t wear my old narrow shoes without it hurting. Which is fine since I rarely subject my feet to that. I prefer strong feet to narrow feetDiscomfort: they actually hurt at first - like braces. It’s actually moving bones to better placement so it will hurt some. Massage your feet or limit the time at first. You will build up a tolerance. Now, I can wear them all day with no pain.

Hurt my toes - Seem too small
I don't have sensitive feet and have used a number if toe stretching devices, bunion correctors etc. These toe separators are soft, and stretchy and should be super comfortable. These seem like they are for smaller feet but were shown as only one size. I do not have high volume, nor wide feet- but these hurt my other toes.To remedy this and still get some use out of them, I cut them so that they were just for the first 2 toes. I kept the other part as they may work well for my preteen kiddo who needs help in the towle space issue.Wouldn't get these again, but they may be fine for much smaller feet. Switched instead to the ones that are just for the big toe spacer for now.

A real reliever!
I'm not sure why these work, but they work GREAT for me. The last couple of months I had awful foot pain. After being on my feet for a few hours my feet would ache to the point I'd want to cry. My chiropractor recommended these and I figured for the price, why not try them. I'm so glad I did. I slip these on every night for an hour or more and my feet feel so much better, like no pain! And they seems to help my tight calves as well. Like I said I'm not how or why they work, but they do...they even helped the numbness I have in my feet.

Too Wide
Pros: Soft and squishy. Comfortable to wear to bed until circulation cuts off.Cons: Soft and squishy. Material easily tears. More than that, the spacers are too wide; they could be half as wide and still be effective. They keep toes at maximum spread, so you're not going to fit your foot into even a "normal" wide-width shoe - find a duck shoe, if you can. Also, at max spread, the toes start losing circulation. I can't wear them for more than an hour or so at a time. They also take a bit of effort to get on correctly. These are too expensive for how cheaply made and poorly designed as they are. Exactly what I wanted
I had bunion surgery about 8 months ago so one of my feet is stiff and tired faster than the other. All closed-toe ladies' shoes in general tend to scrunch your toes together which I was noticing more so after my surgery. I wanted a way to spread out my toes while sleeping at night. These toe-spreaders do exactly that. Easy to pop on (after you've used them a few times), soft and comfortable, and it does NOT push your toes TOO far apart. I feel better knowing that at least 8 hours a day my toes are counteracting the smooshed-together position that shoes force on them. Now my toes get to spread out while I sleep -- and it certainly feels like a healthy solution.

Useful
Comfortable to wear, you may need to work up to wearing them for longer periods of time. Do note that this material is easily torn by any sharp points/edges, so be careful not to use your nails to move it - learned this the hard way, and I have short nails. I also noticed a tear on the bottom of one, and I’ve only worn them in the house with new house slippers, so not directly touching the floor.
