I am surprised how much this belt helps with lower back & glute pain. It's a keeper. It's very well made and stays secure while walking.

I have SI joint pain and have used the Serola belt but felt that it wasn’t wide enough so I gave this one a try. This belt is perfect!! It’s soft and comfortable to wear under or over clothes. I’ve worn it sitting at my desk all day amd was comfortable, not constricting at all. I also like that the 2 bands on the side are adjustable depending on the width you might need.

Holds in place great. It feels secure and does help stability of sacroiliac area, but I think it would be even better if it were just a little bit wider.

About 2 months ago I bought a house....with lots of stairs. Shortly after moving in I noticed persistent hip/low back pain and stiffness. I started with the usual suspects...anti-inflammatories, rest, stretching, heating pad. Nothing worked and the pain continued to increase despite limiting my activities. Then, to add insult to injury a few weeks later, I fell backwards while playing volleyball with some friends landing on my hip/butt. From then, the hip pain became almost unbearable. With some trial and error I determined my SI joint/SI ligaments to be the source of the pain. The pain was particularly bad while sitting for long periods or sleeping on my right side and my work and my sleep were suffering. On a whim I decided to try an SI joint belt to see if it alleviated any discomfort. This belt has been seriously amazing and a life saver! After a few days I was no longer needing meds during my work day while wearing the belt and I could sleep more comfortably through the night even on my right side. Within one week I felt better than I had in more than 2 months and was even able to do a light routine at the gym.My measurements fell right at the max for the regular size, and I wanted it to be supportive and not too loose so I opted for the regular. The belt fits snugly but is comfortable enough to wear under clothing all day. If you are between the regular and XL, however you might want to consider the XL. It even comes with a little guide to hip exercises. Given that my hip pain went treated improperly for several weeks, I will give this more time to see if it completely resolves all discomfort but I am super grateful I gave this a try!

I have been using the belt for at least 2 weeks while doing stretching exercises that aggravate the sciatica. However when I used it it provided needed relief reducing the pain level in my back bc and the tingling down my right leg. Now that I am doing the correct stretching exercises I expect the product to improve the benefit to me!

Despite the recommendations from customer reviews to size up due to the product running small, I found that the XL-XXL size I purchased was too big for me.I decided to write an email to the after-sales team, and Jenny responded quickly, offering me either a size change or a full refund. After wearing the belt for two days, my hip felt significantly better, so I told Jenny to ship me a regular size.Within one week, I received the regular size belt, and it fits perfectly. I give five stars for the after-sales service! And the belt works wonderfully.

I don't know why my doctor never suggested this. He did send me to a physical therapist who did suggest I start using an SI belt. Explained while most braces will weaken your back over time, the SI belt will not and offers the support I need that could be used on a daily basis. I know if I walk out the door to go to work and forget to put it on, I can tell a huge difference throughout the day. I like it so much that I suggested it to a friend that was having the same issues as me, and they are just as impressed as I am. This belt is so easy to put on and adjust and holds well throughout the day.

I have a lot of pain in right lower back and hip..often spreads to ribs and shoulder blades and leg. I didn’t want a large, bulky support and this one helps a lot. It needs to be snug so the top piece also needs tightening. It’s comforting when I lie down, as well.
