Good info
Liked the easy to read (coloring, font, spacing) recipes by goal oriented sections. Some of the pages had only a few lines (nutritional content list continued) leaving the rest of the page blank. Seemed like a waste of space. Expecting a comprehensive medical ailment with specific juicing/smoothly recipe ie. Stomach ache? Blend this combination of fruits and vegetables. Instead it's just general anti-aging, heart healthy, etc. Good basic recipe book.

Juicing vs. Whizzing: These Delicious Smoothie Recipes Will Make Your Decision Easy!
This is an excellent and well-balanced collection of recipes for making great-tasting smoothies. There are some delicious combinations of common and easy-to-find ingredients to satisfy just about any taste bud. The recipes are also organized into well thought out categories to help you optimize your health goals.Stephanie Shaw's background as an RN in long term health care is a big plus as she introduces us to the awesome health benefits of smoothies vs juicing before getting into the recipes. For myself, I've tended to avoid juicing because of the messy cleanup afterwards. Using the Nutribullet, or similar, system makes for a much cleaner way to get the maximum punch out of fruits and veggies. The only drawback I see is that the author didn't mention that it would be much better if you chose ORGANIC ingredients to make your smoothies to reduce the amount of chemicals your body is getting, especially if you're trying to detox. Although a few of the recipes list an organic ingredient, I would highly recommend to choose organic over regular grocery food fare. If you can't always get organic, you can always check out the Environmental Working Group's "Clean Fifteen" (http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/) to help you choose wisely.Overall, I highly recommend this smoothie recipe book.

Several errors in nutritional value
Just got this book. Many recipes seem interesting, but even doing a quick skim of this book I found at least 4 recipes with OBVIOUS errors in the nutritional info. Seems like that info should be carefully checked, since the action required to make the recipes does not change. All the recipes stating basically "put ingredients in, blend, drink".Example, page 49 states the smoothie has 1 calorie. Page 65 states smoothie has 956 calories and 50.9 grams of saturated fat. Please edit this.

Great recipes!
This book is excellent! I am a very happy owner of a Nutribullet, but most recipes that I can find online are pretty standard. They also tend to get old and boring quickly. This book is comprehensive – it starts off with facts about health benefits of smoothies, goes on to explain the best way to make them you’re your Nutribullet, and finally it groups the recipes by their function and purpose, such as recipes for a healthy heart, detox, weight loss, healthy skin, and anti-ageing ones to name a few. My favorite recipes include the Berry Medley, and the Chia Berry smoothie. I will try to make at least one recipe per day and see how it goes. First impressions on this book are great so far, and I am loving it already because the recipes are easy to follow, uncomplicated, and do not require obscure ingredients. The book isn’t full of pictures, which makes it easier to focus on the text, instead of being distracted by images, no matter how delicious-looking they are. I would recommend this book to all Nutribullet fans. It’s definitely a must-read!
