School leaders can reflect on how an educational rounds model can help them focus on and develop plans for soving problems of practice in our schools.

I disliked the spilled and dried drink spots. They could have removed the person name from the cover!I also found it for half the price through another vendor. I really wanted to love it! The spillage is a no go! I returned it.

This publication meets the standards needed for future administrators. The standard of exposing you to additional information to help support your teaching staff and bringing in outside support in a positive way to help. It is very technical read and some sentences and concepts you have to re-read for understanding and clarity. It is not a quick read, you need time to process it.

An amazing book for administrators and teachers who want to move from a content drivin environment to a learning one.
