I advise everyone to Use this every morning after eating a light breakfast you will see visible results no matter your body type or fitness level, because your using your own bodyweight anyone can use it. So results for me was clearly visible after just a week be consistent with this you will improve daily performance activities with ease. Your partner will enjoy the beauty of the work you put in and the physical performance you put in aswell. Also you will burn so much Fat so fasst you'll find yourself hungry alot so maintain a great diet. I usually just try not to eat much during the day, It works great and im 6'4 215lbs Im a natural basketball player trying to crossover to calisthenics so trust me i am athletic and fit. I also do regular planks on the ground with this I suggest you do planks for 30-60 seconds everyday with this. I surely recommend this ab-wheel over all of them. I pig out at night and consistently use it every morning and Im becoming a better athlete with dunking, Running and core strength my body looks amazing.I dont even have to take the time to write this review But I like this ab-wheel so much I plan on doing this for 8 months straight lol!. Oh Lord, my boyfriend laughed at me when I opened this package! Thought I was falling into marketing schemes again which, to be fair, does happen quite often.I challenged him to a game - anytime we passed the living room, we had to do 5. Coincidentally, we ended up deep cleaning the house and used the thing constantly.No one's laughing now because it hurts so darn good!CON: I'm not sure if it is this way for other folks but our left handle tends to slide out right out if not actively using. This can be frustrating and I'd really like to see some sort of "locking" mechanism added. Have not had a problem while actively rolling it so no worries about safety right now, though that may be something to look for. Also, not really a con but just something to note: the "resistance/assist" isn't much - perhaps we'd notice it more if we had a non-resistance product to compare it to? Not a pro or con for us.PROS: The handles curve perfectly so your wrists don't feel strained. In fact, I have been doing planks using this contraption because of the ease on my wrists! In all, highly recommend for the price!

I've read the reviews for this ab roller about it breaking for them but, considering the price and look of this roller.. I decided to give it a try, be gentle with it and hope it was just customer abuse causing the roller to break. After receiving it and using it for a month or so, in a way making sure not to over work the internal coil and damage it.. During a routine workout, I've heard a pop inside the coil area, it feels like a piece of plastic inside has broke lose and the coil makes a click sound every time I use it now.. It doesn't effect the performance, I mean.. Its suppose to roll, and it does.. I don't really mind, It gives the same result the price is good compared to other rollers and it looks great, kinda like a little tire, haha.. If I find where I can open this roller up and remove the coil entirely, I would.. The coil doesn't matter.. The coil was just a gimmick anyway, they could of saved money and not of included it. Would still be priced right.

First off, I've no idea why a few reviews said assembly was hard or confusing. It's literally a wheel and 2 handles. The handles of which ONLY can be installed one way on either side. It literally took me longer to open the box than assemble the thing AND do a quick workout. And all this was before I even noticed the instructions in the box.The unit is well built. The handles are actually quite comfortable, made of a hard plastic rather than cloth or rubber. So you don't have to worry about any material rubbing off after a bit of use. The spring in the return system is adequate. It's strong enough to assist with your work out, but not too strong where it's doing the work for you. I've tried various ab workout wheels. This wheel does emit some noise from the spring coiling and releasing, but it's right in line with other units I've tried. But of course, your focus is working out, not silence. Though the sound is pretty subtle.In all, very nice product. My only gripe is that I wish the wheel was more omnidirectional. The spring will ONLY work in one direction. So if you turn the wheel backwards, the spring will not allow you to use the machine, and you'll likely end up breaking the unit. There is an arrow depicting the direction of which the wheel is supposed to go. But it is a bit annoying to attempt to start working out only to discover you're turning the wheel backwards and it's not letting you move.Good unit. Will update this review as needed.

Grabbed this after looking at reviews for a little bit on many wheels. Arrived quickly and for the most part, as described. Mine didn't include the knee pad as pictured so I was a little put off by that but otherwise it was good to go. Assembled it in seconds and was off to workout. I find the wheel to be a little noisy when in use and if I shake it I can hear something small bouncing about in it, seems to work without issue though. One thing I find is I appear to run out of travel a little sooner than I should, I believe this is due to the coil on the inside. So I spend what feels like a little more time than I should trying to make adjustments to compensate. Overall not a bad purchase but not sure I'm completely satisfied with it. Looking back I think I'd have gone with the Lifeline power wheel had I seen it sooner.

Muy buen producto, el material es resistente y su ergonomía es perfecta. Ya después de usarlo un par de semanas, ya se siente el dolor en el abdomen, lo cual es bueno! No incluye tapete para que lo consideren. Tardó un poco pues no había stock, pero ya que llegó lo estoy disfrutando mucho.
