very nice book on making wine from concentrates. I have made wine from concentrates before, but so many instructions on the concentrates are not standard. For example Alexanders wine conentrates have three to four different instruction on how to make wine from their concentrate, and oddly its the one on their website and not the one on the can that is the best. Anyway I decided to follow the recipes in this book and they are great, they show you what the appropriate levels are for certain ingredients and even give recipes on unique wines from concentrate. Very nice book and the recipe section is the best part of the book. Just following the recipes teaches you a lot and from this you can learn how to tweak your brews to your liking
