This is a great ice pack. The quality feels really nice and it's thick and feels just durable. The sizing is perfect for most needs. I'm having laser tattoo removal done and this thing is a lifesaver and I've also had surgeries in the past and I'm super excited to have a nice ice pack. All around as it's an ice pack it works great and very effective at cooling the area and also keeping the coldness.

I got this because I ended up getting sciatica in late June. I was told to ice it and use a heating pad. So for the ice part, I got this, it gets pretty cold and is still soft so I can comfortably lay on it, it gets the job done pretty well. Stays cold for a good half hour, and its the perfect size as well!

Threw my back out a week ago and tried to power through with ibuprofen, pain relieving cream and a heat pad. Everything I read online said to ice it or at least alternate with heat so I bought the 2 pack of these. Wow! they are fantastic, what a difference icing rather than using my heat pad. Great size to keep in the freeze, stay cold for a good while and mold to your body. 100% recommend adding these to your pain relief arsenal. My other big recommendation is Burn Jel, have it in your first aid kit.

This is a convenient way to apply ice therapy to a wide area of the body. At our house we used it during recovery from knee replacement surgery (big enough to wrap all the way around leg). We used it for back pain too. It remained icy cold far beyond our 20-min. timed applications. We put a flannel pillowcase on this ice pack while using it. It folds easily to fit in our freezer. The only drawback is that’s it’s heavy to lift when one is weakened from surgery — better to have someone bring it to you! The only way this product could be improved is if it came with 2 stretchy fabric/velcro wrap bands to help hold it in place around the leg.

Super great ice packs! I had a recent surgery and these are very comfortable and easy to move around. I highly recommend for pain relief and reducing swelling.

These work GREAT! I ordered 2 mediums and 1 xtra large pack. Hubby and I both had hip replacement surgery and we share them! We’ve tried a variety of these gel packs and these are the best. They remain flexible and last a long time. They do “sweat,” but,I wrap them in a linen tea towel and it works just fine. Highly recommend!
