These are much better than other brands...including Salonpas. These are thinner , very stretchy, flexible , large, and easy to manipulate where/ how you apply. These actually stay on. These feel soothing when you apply it. Numbing effect takes awhile. Be patient. Worth the extra cost. Other brands were thicker, rigid and won't stay in place.

My orthopedist recommended these when I hurt my back. They are excellent if expensive. They did help me with my pain and were part of a regimen that included rest and ice. Follow the instructions.

I’ve tried a number of these types of patches and I find this one to be the best for my low back pain. It’s effective and it adheres well.

I am in the middle of moving a three-story house and I cannot tell you how much bending and lifting and twisting I’ve been doing in between I literally had to go to the ER. I pulled the top of one shoulder and the bottom of the shoulder blade… yup anyways you know what helped the most these things. The ER literally gave me this exact patch this exact brand and one muscle relaxer… I did not want a prescription to be drugged.. so I bought a few more from Amazon and I love them, but I also use them from a previous situation when I twisted my ankle and it acts out when it rains and I buy these and I slap it on their boom it’s gone - meaning the pain

Everyone should have a box of these in their medicine cabinet. I've used them from a sciatic flare-up to a sore shoulder from gardening. A very useful go-to when those aches and pains pop up!

This product edges DO NOT stay in place. I wash the my affected areas and I also wipe the areas down with alcohol. It's a waste of my time straighting out the edges re-laying them back down. This product in my opinion is a waste of my money &time.. I will go back to purchasing the lotion formula. I will not suggest the patches product to family&friends.

awesome-works well. wish i could wear more than one every 24 hours. but cardiologist restricts lidocaine. i would put on my shoulder too. but helps my whole back when placed upper central spine.
