FINALLY!!!!!!!! There is a Minecraft book that is a real novel! Just what I was waiting for! Thank you Mark Cheverton!To start, let me say I am so upset about what happened to your son's server. I can't believe someone would do that!!! That is so mean!!!! I am glad you decided to write books because of that though, I really liked this book.However, I must say that some of the descriptions didn't seem very professional. It reminded me of my writing, and I don't think I wrote very good back then (only two years ago or something like that). I think that perhaps there was to many times where I was told of the monster's eyes showing hatred for all living things. And the blazes were described to me twice!But here are the pros: It rocks!! I love how it is so minecrafty, with all the mobs and blocks and stuff. And you took the liberty to do your own thing, and make it your own! I really liked that!!! And you had a great plot, I plan on buying the next book!! Great jobNote: I was surprised the King of the Nether was a ghast instead of the Wither. But that's ok, twas an awesome read Yayyyyyyy!!!!!!

A trilogy for Minecraft lovers! My 6 year old son is in love with Minecraft. Even long before we let him play the video game, he talked non-stop about endermen, creepers, and zombies. We were trying to work him toward chapter books without pictures when we purchased the first of the GameKnight trilogy at LEGOLAND. From the first page, he was hooked. Now we're on book 3. We read 1-3 chapters per night. I give the books 5 stars for kids, but I gave them a 4-star rating because they are poorly written from an adult perspective. They are repetitive and contain a number of typos.

1'st This book was awesome I really enjoyed although I will say that the first book was a lot better,but over all it was pretty good. My little brother and me both really enjoyed this book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. Awesome Book can't wait for the next book. The 2'nd review is my brothers. 😃2'nd I thought this series was gonna be a little bad but no it was the best book I had ever readBut I did like the first one better I don't know why I just do like the first one it has a lot ofaction. I read this to my son and asked him what he thought of the book. He really enjoyed the fighting scenes. He didn't like all the weird random talking.However, I found the book to be great. There are hidden Minecraft Easter eggs hidden throughout the text. I'm not into Minecraft the game but my son is. I could see places in the book that I remembered from seeing him play the game.

This was another good Minecraft book by Mark Cheverton. It had a theme of how to best deal with fear, and gameknight999 with the help of his friends continue to do all they are able to do in order to save Minecraft. The characters are well-developed with useful life themes. Cheverton does a good job bringing the Minecraft world to life.

Great book

FINALLY....a minecraft book that has more than 20 real pages of reading.This book and the other one in this series have over 300 pages of textMy son zips through the cheesy 20-40 page books that are the same price too!Although he loves anything minecraft, this book and the other one written---kudos to the author---these books will ensure that the reading last a few days if not a week or two instead of 30 mintues to finish a booklike the other lightweight stuff I've ordered.

My son enjoys these boos very much.
