Artland Peacock Martini Glass, Set Of 4, 8 oz

These are great fun. I bought them as a gift for a lady who I knew would like the colors, and who has a bit of a thing for peacocks, as well as liquor. She loved them, and I must say they look good on display in her house. In addition, they hold liquids of your choice. They are not Tiffany or Waterford, but I'd say they are fully worth the ten bucks a piece that they cost. The total for a gift box of four is no more than the cost of one 1.75 liter bottle of decent gin.

I agree with all the other reviews, these are very pretty martini glasses (you can get all sorts of shapes but I ordered the martini style). They are mirrored inside and blue/green glass on the outside. They are the perfect size for a martini, a lot of martini glasses hold 10-12 oz which is really too large, these are perfect at 8.5 oz. Will look fabulous with an appletini in them and can't wait to try them out! Very unusual glasses, would make a nice gift too! I like them a lot.

These glasses are lovely, but the inner coating started chipping off, and I don't feel safe using them. When I wiped the interior with a paper towel, it had metallic dust all over it. I have only handwashed them and treated them very delicately. These are very expensive to only have lasted a few months. It is a shame to have to throw them away, but I simply don't feel safe using them.

Beautiful overall and I am happy. One thing that does not show in the online photos is that there is a silver/mirrored layer on the interior of the glass. It's not unattractive, just not quite what was expected from the pics.

I thought these were clear teal glass; they are not. Foil pressed, kind of tacky. My fault for not reading description. The restocking fee was half the purchase price. After complaining they did refund the entire amount. I see they’re appropriately priced now.

The pictures here do not to the actual glass justice. They are almost mirrored inside, very sizable, and make a great gift for a special occasion. I bought them for a Christmas gift, they loved them!

I purchased the Artland peacock wine glasses and the martini glasses. They're clearly not the finest barware/stemware I've bought or used. The peacock wine glasses are maybe a little too big or clunky as wine glasses. But they're fun and I can see using them with friends. On the other hand, the peacock design works REALLY well with the martini glasses. If I were going to do this again, I'd buy the peacock martini glasses, but opt for different wine glasses.Update: Not long after writing this review, I noticed that the coloring was coming off in the dishwasher. It appears that the beautiful color is laminated to the glass, rather than being the color of the glass itself. If you buy these, you should definitely hand wash.

These glasses are beautiful and came fully intact, well packaged. They are a deep blue/green on the outside, depending on how the light hits and silver on the inside with a peacock feather design. They have a good feel in the hand. I can't wait to fire up the martini shaker and fill a couple of these up. I'm always on the lookout for a beautiful martini glass and these are now my favorites.
