I had bought these bricks of Velveeta cheese to make the larger quantity of mac n cheese so I can make fresh mac n cheese that's creamy and filling. I've been using this cheese to make nacho cheese sauce to go over nachos made at home as well as to make stuffed potatoes, this cheese makes the best cheesy sauce for covering hated vegetables that kids rarely want to eat like broccoli, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts but can be used on loads of varieties of meats, vegetables and breads.
