Worked for my mother but not for me
My mother found benefit from these, which was recommend her foot doctor. I, however, found a better resolution in my heel pain with a pair of firm, memory foam insoles. I only only tried the Tuli Classic. I suspect everyone will need to try to find their personal solution, but I can say this is a well known brand that has been around for many, many years.I don't know what is causing my heel pain, but my mother was experiencing fat pad atrophy. "Fat pad atrophy refers to the gradual loss of the fat pad in the ball or heel of the foot. This condition is characterized by the thinning of the pad, which exposes the sensitive connective tissues to strain and pressure. As a result, inflammation and micro-tears occur."

Very effective BUT....
This does work and I got almost complete relief from my plantar fasciitis (9/10); plus was able to wear shoes for longer with less discomfort. BUT it's difficult to wear things like boots etc as the material is too flexible so the whole thing ends up under your heel inside the boot if you don't get it on properly initially. I've tried using a shoe horn to keep it in place while I put my foot into the boot but found that the shoe horn stuck to the rubber, which made it difficult to pull out after getting the foot in. I've found it easier to use it with footwear that doesn't cover the ankle but that defeats the purpose. Slightly larger shoes are also easier to wear with this. Userability is poor but functionality is great which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

make my desert boots fit better!
Bought these to stop my feet rubbing against desert boots that are a little loose around the ankle. I had tried gel pads, but these had made the boots too tight. Straight away these cups have solved the problem, providing a little extra padding without taking up too much space. The design makes your heel fit more snugly in the boot and prevents rubbing against the leather. Recommended.

Don’t waste your money.
Tried to return. Which you would think is easy. They don’t accept returns. Would like to say to anybody thinking of buying this item. Don’t bother. Waste of time in shoe, thin rubber not worth £10. Cheaper to put a couple pieces of paper in there, probably thickerAnyway. Really disappointed in Customer service.Substandard quality of product.
