Lovely Cold Coffee!
This coffee is now my go too ! I buy the non cold brew one as well. It's not bitter and it smells amazing. I even put it in my espresso machine and you can still making Amazing hot coffee with it.It's organic and that's the reason I don't mind paying the price as this removes all pesticides and metals from coffee 👌🏻

A fine tasting coffee that's ground too fine for cold brew like it suggests
I feel bad giving this 4 stars because overall, it's a delicious coffee and anyone using it in espresso or pour-over will have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, it's advertised as a Cold Brew blend, and it's ground far too fine for this.In cold brew, you want a fairly coarse blend - coarser even than you might have for a French press - in order for the initial filtration to go quickly and then let immersion brewing take over while it sits in the fridge. Unfortunately, because the coffee is ground so fine the initial filtration takes a lot longer than you'd like, resulting in a big risk of over-extraction. As well as this, the fine grounds clump into a mud very easily so by the time you've poured half the water into the brewer, you're constantly stirring to try and keep things moving. If CM were to address the grind size and have a coarser grind for this particular offering, I'd happily rate it 5 stars.

Too fine a ground but great taste
It's a fine ground, so not really suitable for cold brew, after brewing using an infuser it still required a few pours through a strainer lined with paper coffee filter to remove the "grit". I'm slowly working my way through different brands and blends so far this is one of my favourites ...loses a star for the extra filtration needs

Not a coarse enough grind for cold brew
I'm afraid that although this said "coarse ground" and "for cold brew" on the packaging, it wasn't very suitable. The too-fine grind turned into a brown sludge that blocked the filter in my (Oxo) cold brew system. When I went to push the lever to let the coffee drip through, it stalled after a very short time.I left it all day while I was out at work, and it was still stalled when I got home. I stirred around a bit to try to unblock the filter, but in the end I had to manually remove all the coffee and then use a (messy) series of steps to finally extract the coffee. The flavour is fine, and your personal system/method might be fine with this fine a grind, but it didn't work for me.
