Mexico Map (National Geographic Adventure Map, 3108)

Map has sufficient detail to navigate major roads and many minor ones.

Very nice map. Good quality, will withstand some handling.

Planning on moving to Mexico at some point and this map is very important…. Also showed airports

Good quality paper but I only needed Mexico City to the monarchs and this is way too zoomed out to be useful. If I were planning a trip to further places (Mexico is huge!), Then this would be useful for an overview, which is impossible to do on a screen

I have traveled so much in Mexico I wanted to get a good map to put on a wall to map out where I've been. I bought 2, because the map is 2-sided. It covers a big wall. The paper is smooth, heavy and not too glossy making it easy to read.

This is a great country map. Recommend having one if you get in remote areas with no cell / gps coverage. REMEMBER: Check with US State Department website about safe areas and dangerous areas in Mexico. This is not joke, Mexico has a lot to offer, but if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, you can get robbed or murdered. Be careful and do your research. Don't go to Acapulco or Copper Canyon...

I use a smart phone and Google maps, but there is nothing like a paper map to get the feel geographically for a new area. I had this one sent all the way to Mexico City for my extended stay.

I was looking for New Mexico's third border crossing at Antelope Wells and the road from Hachita, NM to Antelope Wells as well as the road south from the Antelope Wells border crossing to Mexico Highway 2. The paved two lane road from Hachita, NM to Antelope Wells did not appear on the map. The Antelope Wells border crossing was also absent as was the paved road from Antelope Wells to Mexico Highway 2. Just empty space. At least there was not a notation "here there be dragons," but I expected a lot more from National Geographic. It makes me wonder what other omissions there are in the map.

Es muy bueno el mapa para ver la división política actual de México, aunque tiene unos pequeños errores en algunas autopistas, igual y es por la escala. El mapa ocupa ambas caras del papel (plastificado; muy resistente y no se arruga con facilidad) una cara de la hoja para el centro-sur y la otra cara para el centro-norte. Es un mapa grande, como en las películas, puede tapar el parabrisas de un auto pequeño. Muy fácil de doblar. Trae una pequeña guía de lugares para visitar. Es un mapa pensado más para extranjeros que nacionales. Lo compre pensando para viajar alguna vez por México, ojalá pueda pronto marcar todos los lugares recomendados. Es una alternativa económica para tener en cuenta, además que para viajar me es más cómodo cargar un mapa que resista agua y se pueda meter a cualquier lugar sin tener miedo de dañar el celular o tablet.

Mapa de carreteras muy detallado. Incluye gran cantidad de ciudades, municipios y pueblos pequeños que no he encontrado en otros mapas. Genial para preparar un viaje por carretera y organizar tu propio itinerario, sin depender de agencias de viaje. Asimismo, señala lugares de interés (ruinas, parques naturales, grutas...). Material resistente (se puede doblar y desdoblar muchas veces sin que se rompan los extremos o pliegues).
