How can i set it to 12 psi

To set the deflators to your desired psi you first need one tire that is already at that psi. 12psi in your case. So here is what you do:1. Deflate one tire down to 12psi using a tire deflator to release the air, and the included pressure gauge to monitor the psi and ensure you get your tire down to the correct 12 psi.***BONUS TIP: to release the air fastest from your tire completely remove the lock ring, adjustment cap, spring and deflator pin assembly from the deflator body of one of the deflators and use only the deflator body to release air. This tighter you screw-on the deflator to the tire valve stem the faster the air will release. 2. Once tire is deflated to 12 psi, set tire defltor(s) to 12psi by turning the lock ring and adjustment cap clockwise until all the way tight.3. Screw the deflator onto the valve stem until tight.4. Turn the adjustment cap counterclockwise until air starts to release.5. Immediately tighten adjustment cap slightly until tire stops deflating.6. Turn the lock ring counterclockwise and tighten it against the adjustment cap being careful not to turn the adjustment cap during the process.7. Repeat this process on the 12psi tire for all deflators.Deflators will now be set to 12 psi for future use. Good luck!

Does the included tire gauge have a button to release air if the tire gets overinflated?

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: The tire pressure gauge is designed to maintain the psi reading after being removed from the tire valve stem so you can easily review the psi measurement. There is a button on the pressure gauge that is in place to release the pressure from the pressure gauge after you are done reviewing the results in order reset the dial to zero again for the next measurement. This pressure release button will release air from the tire if pressed with the gauge in place on the tire valve stem.

What is the psi range to deflate?

These deflators are most accurate between 10 - 40psi. But if you need to use at higher psi we have springs we can send you that increase the range up to 80psi.

Does this come with the hard case as well?

Yes. The hard case protects everything during shipping. Inside the hard black case is the tire pressure gauge and the pouch holding 4 tire deflators. Everything seen in the pictures is included.
