Great for kids of all ages.
Absolutely love this my kids use it everyday it's actually one of the first few toys when they come home to play with. Love the durability in this item we have bought some similar to this in the past and they did not survive with my kiddos. This one has survived all year and more. The value on this item is great and well worth with.

Great learning tool for kids!
I didn’t know if my 4 yr old would actually like this but I wanted to start working on letters, writing, and holding a pencil. This little “toy” is 100% helping with all 3 AND most importantly he thinks he is playing with a toy.... ha! He picks a word, then we spend time moving all the letters around to set up the word he chose, then he practices writing. It’s actually a lot of fun. He is learning (without knowing 😉) and I’m having fun too. Great learning tool to have!

Boys love it
Bought this for my 4 year old to practice writing and spelling. Turns out my other boys, 12, 8, and 2 love it for various reasons...spelling "funny" words like fart...practicing cursive...playing hangman type games, etc... They are pretty rough on it and it has help up great.

Difficult to move tiles.
The tiles are hard to move around the corners, toddlers need help moving them around. Otherwise it’s a fun toy.

Fisher Price does it again!
I bought this new writer to hopefully help my 5 year old son write his name. He just started school and I thought this would be perfect for his spelling words and things he has to learn. With this "Toy" he was writing his first and last name within a week!!! I love how it has all the letters around so you can slide them and make the word that they need to write. It is a time saver and a amazing gift for any child. I will be buying more for other Kids in my family.

Super Beneficial
Got two for my nephews and overall very durable and sturdy to use. Highly recommend this learning tool to help write and spell! The boys started using it right away and can’t wait to see them excel.

Simpler than what I thought it was
So when I saw this I thought it was a product that actually had preset things that would guide children to wherever reading level. Turns out this is basically just a teaching tool if you can sit there and teach your kid and your kid is willing to do that. My son is not willing to sit down with this and we have literally never got to really use it.. The way it works is you have to slide into place all these things around the board until you slide in the word you want to spell so you have to already be able to spell in order to use it as an adult has to be present and it is not a learning smart device it is just a simple teaching tool for a teacher. All that being said it is really neat Concepts till I just didn't realize that it was just a play on the very simple drawing boards that you can write on and erase with the amended letters around the board so you can have a reference and basically so if the child is patient enough that you can slide the words into place all the way around the board you can put the word up there and then they can copy it it would be helpful if you were in a classroom setting or if you were homeschooling and you wanted to have like a word of the day but I can't see any kid really wanting to sit still a long time and play with it however my child ADHD as am I so we don't really know what normal looks like maybe a normal neurotypical child would in fact that down with something like this and play for hours I just have never seen that in my child. If you think that your child would sit down and just slide pieces around and around a board until they found a word and then they would write the word then yes it's a goodbye otherwise it's kind of a waste of time and money for comparison to other learning tools that are much more high-tech around the same price range

An etch a sketch
My grandchildren love this. It’s basically an etch a sketch screen with writing lines to help with letter placement and movable colored tiles around the screen. It’s colorful and the kids have fun with it.

great to teach child how to hold a pen!
Great to teach a child to hold a pen! It was fun; taught my daughter how to write her name and a few simple words before she started kindergarten. Good learning tool. Light and fun!
