Adjustable Fletching Jig Straight and Helix Tool with Clamp for DIY Archery Arrows Shafts

Works great if you take your time and adjust everything correctly before starting your arrow. Comes with the regular vane clamp and a helical clamp as well. Picture attached is of a 3 arrow 1" group at 20 yards.

Worked good on 4 arrows once I received all my stuff. Then when I rotated the knob to place another feather the knob popped off. To top that off it did this on my last day to return it. Sent an email to the support address in the box and have yet to hear back. The screw that holds the knob and tension spring screws into the piece that holds the knock in place for fletching. Screws into plastic and it obviously was stripped from the factory. I'm most likely out of luck on this item.UPDATE: The support people got back to me, and they are sending me a new jig. Bump from 2 stars to 4. We will see how long this lasts. Worked really good so hope it does.

Saving a bunch of money

Good bang for the buck. Wanted to fletch my own arrows, but didn't want to spend a lot of money to do it. Took me a couple arrows to figure out the right technique and angle, but once I did I was all set. The magnet feature is really nice. I've only used the 3 fletcher helical because they shot good.

Awesome product. Figured it out super quickly and it worked well. 2” blazers went on perfectly at 120* and I used the straight fletching clamp though a right helical is provided too! You can set the fletching where you please which is nice as I like them close to the knock, better flight at longer ranges. Comes set up with the 3 fletch, seems easy to change to the 4 fletch if you shoot a heavy arrow. May try those with my 427 grain gold tips. Make sure you set it up square with your shaft, I use basic gorilla super glue to adhere mine. This is a legit product and I’m a return customer, though the product does seem sturdy and well made. 3/16 holes drilled already to mount to a bench but a flat surface it will stand up all day. Give it a try.

I have been into archery for 40 years. Fletched many an arrow, I was looking for a jig that would fit in my archery tool box, I carry to the range.I fletched 16 arrows with it the day I bought it.It isnt a blitzenburger, but it works similarly.Made out of hard plastic, but seems durable.Pros...Easy to use, makes good contact with the arrow after adjusting to fit your arrow diameter, clamps are sturdy and hold the vanes well, very easy indexing for three at 120 degrees or four at 90 degrees. The arrowes I fletched turned out really well. I was impressed.Cons...It had a few pieces of plastic flashing I had to remove. No big deal, a knife and sandpaper had it smoothed out.There are no measurement or index marks for the degree of offset or helical. I played around with it till I had the right helical, then made some marks for future reference.Not a game breaker, but it would be nice to have some markings built in.All in all its a good little jig. There are better, Blitzenburger, but for the money, it cant be beat.Shipped fast, and delivered early. Good packaging. No problems.I like it. I would buy again.

I use this jig a lot. May get a couple more. Have fletched a couple dozen arrows now and have had zero issues. Can really put a nice helical on 5” feathers for my recurve and does 4 fletch well for my turkey arrows. Easy to adjust and easy nice raised notches so I can line up every vane the same spot every time. I added silver furnace tape to both clamps so the glue won’t stick to them as easily. Should last me a while.

I understand that you get what you paid for. But how can you mold cylindrical shape that is not concentric? Nothing in this jig fits properly. You cannot position anything repeatedly and accurately. Helical holder, however not straight, is NOT helical. It is two straight stretches with a kink in the middle.It is a project for creative improvements, not a tool.
