Are these cruelty-free?

Can you use on areas other than underarms?

That's a very good question! I would not use it under the tongue :) All joking aside, check the crystal web page: Can I use Crystal on other parts of my body? Since Crystal hypoallergenic deodorants are made of mineral salts, they are safe to use just about anywhere on the body. In addition to using underarm, many of our customers apply to their chests, feet and inner thighs. Be sure to avoid applying to open wounds. Should a rash appear, stop using immediately and contact your doctor. Check postings like this one (google it): six-places-i-slather-deodorant-not-including-my-armpits Some people wear it behind the knees, on the feet, on the nose, the thighs. Avoid open wounds! Would this scent work for a guy or is it more for women?

You can buy the "unscented" version or the "scented" version. For a guy the "unscented" version would be ideal. Personally, I no longer want to use scented deodorants and I don't even buy cologne anymore. Why? Because, one day, a guy walked into the room wreaking of cologne that smelled bad. It was only after I thought about it a minute that I realized it wasn't coming from him, it was what he was wearing. I don't know what kind of cologne it was. Yes, if you happen to like the particular scent that someone is wearing, great! If you don't, you're going to be miserable, if you're stuck in a room with them (doctor's office, small party, etc). Also, I think that motels should try and find (if there are any) "unscented" cleaners for their rooms. I don't know why the smell of cleaner lingers all day and night but it does. There were two different motels that I had to spend 2 days in that smelled bad to me, not funky, I didn't like the scent in their rooms. At a future date, I paid a little more for another motel and the cleaner that they used smelled wonderful. If they had "all" used unscented cleaner, I would have enjoyed my stay at all of them.

It does have sodium bicarbonate in it which is the active ingredient in baking soda.

product arrived on time and as described

this is a great deodorant. I suddenly developed an allergy to the usual deodorants and antiperspirants and found this product. I've been using it for nearly 2 years now and would recommend to anyone with sensitive skin. However, despite using this product for some time, this batch was faulty and the roller ball is too tight which does note allow the deodorant to flow

Good for sensitive skin

One of the very few deodorants on the market I don't develop a contact allergy to, and it is effective too. So for me it is worth the expense.

Best natural deodorant

One of the best natural deodorant on the market today it works no scent which I like Excellent value for money I've had breast cancer so no chemicals is my top priority 😉

Excellent product

The dispenser seems to have a smaller 'Roller Ball' than others - perhaps even compared with previous version of this product. The result is that it take a little longer to apply than one would wish. Not a deal-breaker though The safety of this type of deodorant is the key driver..........!

Something wrong with these

Something seems wrong with the 3 I bought. The rollerballs were all stuck firm and required a lot of effort to dislodge and since I started using them I’ve been smelling terrible - basically they’re as useless as just applying water. I’ve been using this brand for 15 years and never had this before.
