Great purchase!
I ordered these phones for a work project. They came securely packaged and intact, and were delivered in a timely manner. I would buy from this seller again. A great experience.

3 out of 4 ain't bad...
I ordered four of these "renewed" phones. Three of them showed up looking just about perfect. One of them showed up with yellow buttons, stickers on the phone, dirty, and scratches on it. It honestly looks like they included one with the order that had never been touched and certainly not "renewed".

refurbished and not working, need an alternative.
I bought three (3) of them and all 3 malfunctioned: 1. Poor visibility on screen. 2. Blank screen 3. Defective left soft-screen button (prevents programming and other necessary functions) Getting in contact with the seller/manufacturer is tedious especially if you are not a customer as they ask for a customer number on the auto attendant. They do not return any contacts or requests. These items are no longer being made so only refurbished unit available If anyone has a viable alternative that will work with an Avaya PBX I would appreciate a lead.
