Mindfold Eye Mask - Blocks 100% of Light Guaranteed

Been using this for 6 months now, originally when i received the mask i thought it looked cheap - with black foam padding and a simple black plastic mask front, but, it really does work! Unlike the fabric type black out masks which nearly always let light in around the nose bridge, this is something else. Just like the description says; totally black out! Even after half an hour in the mask there is no bleed through of light, just perfect for an afternoon nap, or if you need to sleep when the ambient light is bright. I do not find it any hotter to wear than material types, and can easily wear it throughout the night. The strap is particulary well made, unlike the cheap and flimsy ones that ive tried in the past. I use to be a shift worker - wish i had bought one of these back then, as you get a totally dark sleeping experience. Definitely recommend, dont be put off by the price, you get what you pay for.

This product is very lightweight and very comfortable to wear. It removes all light so it really is a total and complete black out. The really nice thing is there is zero pressure on the eyes. The Eye Mask is held away from the eyes by the soft comfortable foam which conforms to your face with complete comfort.The only down side is if you sleep on your front. If you sleep face down you might find the mask is dislodged when pushed against a pillow.Perfect for daytime sleeping in total darkness.

The Mindfold costs about a euro to make I would imagine so it is completely overpriced. That said it is a mask which allows you to open your eyes into complete darkness. It let no light in for me but it did for a friend so I imagine face shape may depend on how well the mask fits and blocks out light.I was hoping that I would be able to open and close my eyes with the mindfold without feeling the mask but the eye openings don't suit the large profile of my face so I feel the edges at the corners of my eyes. This is a shame as it kind of spoils that sensory deprivation effect. The mask just isn't big enough for 60cm circumference heads like mine, they really need to make the mask in two sizes at least.

A really good product, padding is soft, and frame is flexible enough. Being able to open your eyes while wearing it is great. Although it moves a bit when resting on your side, it still is comfortable and effective. Have found it particularly useful during the light summer nights: I put it on if I wake up during the night, and it helps me get back to sleep. It leaves no pressure marks on your face, as other eye masks do.

I've used these for many years now due to working shifts. They block out all light except sometimes when the side of the head is turned to the pillow. Although it's long lasting, what goes first is the elasticated strap; though it's wide the strap weakens over time, runs out of adjustment and the fit becomes too loose. However I've now found I can obtain replacement straps direct from Mindfold USA.

Yes this is a good product but I have a larger nose and it tends to pinch a bit on the bridge. But I would still recommend product.
