Awesome machine!
This coffee machine changed my coffee preferences!. The coffee taste is great right out of the machine without additives. It arrived well packaged with easy instructions. It is a one-stop process from the beans to a smooth coffee taste. The cleaning process is very easy. Even though it is a renewed machine, you would never know it. Not even a visible scratch. My wife and I are very satisfied with this purchase.

early days but WOW
Delighted, an automatic espresso is life changing and you will not go back easily to semi-auto machines, at all. It's been eight months since leaving a home with a Saeco Magic Comfort plus, a close friend. Now I have the smart update. Aside from my initial delight, the resoviour collecting coffee grinds went back to a small size. This means 8 cups before replacing instead of 15, more labourious for users. It makes a difference in time and function. Also there are permanent stickers on the water resoviour, prefer no advertising. But watching the black coffee is like watch a Guiness brew, a delight. The taste, well the machine does the job the taste is up to your choice in beans. Happy customer - and critical I rarely give 5 stars

Great machine
I bought this after 2 dead Nspresso machines and decided that I wanted to return to a super automatic. Easy set up and easy use. I have found several beans, organic and non-organic that makes a wonderful cup of espresso or lungo. I bought a refurbrished machine and love it. I haven't used the frother yet, but after about 4 months of use, I am very satisfied with this product. Lower profile fits easily under cabinets and my limited cabinet space.

Don’t buy a refurbished machine
I bought this to replace a Saeco that I had owned for 10 years before it died. This model is not the easiest to use but it makes an extraordinary drink. When I ordered it, I didn’t really understand I was buying a refurbished machine although after it came I looked back at the information provided and it was clearly stated so my bad. It did not come with the filter and manual provided is a copy that is barely legible. I am yet sure whether it is going to be a good investment to have to replace the filter every 3 months. At $25 per filter or $100 a year, it won’t be too long before I have spent on filters what I paid for the machine.

Buy a Jura instead ... worth the extra $$$
Only had this a couple of weeks. It's a pretty good Superautomatic Machine. NEVER MIND .... UPDATE! As I noted, I had a Jura for 12 years which I also bought "reconditioned". Gave it to my daughter and bought this. Really sorry I did that. 7 months after purchasing this is it already starting to malfunction. I try to make a cup of espresso and it goes though the whole process. You can hear the grinder working, etc. Then, before dispersing the coffee, it gives an error that there are no beans. I check and there ARE beans. Plenty of them. So I try to push the beans down into the grinder. Try again. Same thing happens. Pound the beans into the grinder, try again, get the bean error again. Finally after doing this 5 or 6 times, I get a small espresso. Really? I could have brewed a drip pot by the time I get one little espresso. Cleaned out all the beans and tried to see if anything was lodged in there, etc. etc. Nothing works. Periodically it will make a cup of espresso without this routine, but not often. Really kind of a piece of junk. Regret buying it and wish I would have spent the extra $$$ for a Jura. Don't want to ask daughter to give the old one back so this week I will be shopping for another Jura .... after spending $700 on this stupid thing. AND BTW, the espresso is not nearly as good as the espresso I got from my Jura. Tastes kind of bitter and weak. Maybe a grinder problem but, hey, I've only had it for 7 months. In the market for a really good espresso machine that will last 10 years or more with no repairs, no malfunctions? Spend the extra. Get a Jura.

Easy Espresso
One of the best purchases I have made this year. Push button, get espresso.... so easy, great tasting coffee! Cleaning is a little messy and water filters are not cheap, but who cares. Coffee is worth it.

Overall nice machine but...
I previously had a Saeco Italia machine for several years. I had it repaired at least 3 times in the last 10 years and I felt it was time for a new machine. I researched other machines, but given that I had a Saeco machine before, I felt this was my best choice. It makes good coffee. I have an issue with the steamer. On the Italia, I would wait for the steam to begin, put my cup under it and when I heard the milk frothing to the top, I would turn it off. On the Incanto, the steam want is too short to do this. A full tablespoon of water discharges before the steam starts, so I have to have another cup to take the water and then risk getting spattered by the milk when I put my coffee cup under it. The tray on the Italia was only about a quarter of the size of the tray on the Incanto, so to empty the water in the tray I have to carry it across the room to the sink. I have to have the the coffee setting on the strongest level to get the coffee strength that I want. I do like the machine, but I am especially unhappy with the steamer since I enjoy the steamed milk with cinnamon and don't like getting milk all over me when I'm steaming it. If I didn't have to drive an hour each way to get my Italia repaired, I would have done that instead of spending so much on a new machine that is not as nice.
