Really happy with my purchase. Using the cold packs from the freezer to ease pain from an abscess on my jaw. Bigger than I thought but that is my fault for not checking measurements, and will provide more handy in future for a wider range of uses. Stays cold for a good time, (using them for 10 minute intervals and stays nice and cold the whole time) and once back in the freezer gets cold again quickly too, so alternating between them is working great. The velcro is strong and the strap has a nice amount of stretch. Instructions written straight onto the packs is really helpful. Haven't used them as warm packs yet so can't review that.

I broke my ankle and my the swelling is immense even four months on. I bought this gel pack to help and it’s really good to freeze and wrap round. I do find the inside netting to be a bit irritating if it is against the skin but otherwise it’s brilliant

Handy to have

Brilliant ice packs for kids, just a perfect size for little hands and the fabric backing keeps hands from getting too cold. The strap is great as well for leg/arm injuries.

Amazing - using after laser hair removal !

While I was very happy with these when they arrived. I have just opened the freezer to grab one and one is broken. They are on there own shelf and have never been used so I can understand how it can have got broken.

Ice function was great. Heat function doesn’t last long.Pouch Belt is good for around the waist on a small- medium framed person but not a large chunky/ curvy adult anywhere around the middle/ lower back as the Velcro is too short.2 large gel packs included and great quality.
