ESV Single Column Journaling Bible (Classic Marbled) Hardcover – October 30, 2015

The print is somewhat small but very readable. Nice size overall. An quirky little feature: As the Bible is open, the NLT are the two inside columns and the ESV are the two outside columns. I think it gives it a little "personality". I am loving this Bible!

I have maintained this book in my Kindle library as it is/was not a book I could sit down and read cover to cover, but one to refer back to with my regular Bible studies. I like the commentaries by J Vernon Gee however I would have preferred had it included a table of contents.

When I like the works of various authors, I'd rather buy their books than multiple copies of the Bible with their works sprinkled throughout. Tozer, however, is different. His books are challenging and useful for growing in godliness. The Pursuit of God Bible exposes me to many of his other books. From the excerpts, I choose which books to pursue further. This, combined with the pleasant cover and the NIV text, made it a bargain.

Just as advertised. Print is smaller since there us only one column plus room for notes, otherwise it would be a very think bible.

Been using the ESV as a primary English translation since 2007, and also have been referencing the NLT quite a few times for a alternate view on individual passages. It's good to have both in one volume. I'm surprised this is not available in North America yet. My only complaints about this so far are the binding (adhesive) and that they're only using the 2001 edition text of ESV. Not that huge a deal, as I mostly do my "reading" through headphones on mp3.

Great Bible, with two useful translations. One is very exact, word for word, and the other is very readable, and true to the intent, thought for thought. So it's a nice pair. Very helpful sellers, doing God's work. A good purchase.

Love having these two translations side by side and I could not find it anywhere else. I only wish that it was red letter too.

I bought this for my daughter. She loves the extra wide margins.
