I am extremely fair and have bleach-blonde hair that has endured years of bleaching, heated hair tools, and other torture. In the winter, my scalp becomes excessively dry and itches like nothing I have ever experienced and it flakes off. I also use a gob of hairspray almost everyday. I was using some other brands of shampoo for color-treated hair but they just kept making my situation worse. I decided to give the Head and Shoulders a try because honestly the phrase "royal oils" seemed just like what I needed. First of all, the scent is heavenly. If you like the smell of coconut and can picture yourself basking under the warm sun while breezes blow by, you will love this. Second, the lather is very thick and meaningful which I love. My hair air-dried and it seemed the shampoo put the natural wave back in my hair, made it very soft, and accentuated the color beautifully. It was super easy to comb and the itching has stopped. I was floored over the price and the value. I was not able to find this product in stores.

I was a bit skeptical before ordering this line of products but after reading one particular review of someone that described a scalp issue that was similar to mine I decided to give it a try. My first time using it I didn't notice an immediate difference, my scalp was still slightly dry especially around the edges. I oiled my scalp with the daily cream to see if that would help. The oil did help with the dry scalp but you have to use it sparingly, if you use too much it will dry with a white residue. The directions say to use the oil 1 to 4 times daily but I have never used it more than a time or two and I definitely wasn't using it every day. After using this line two times I absolutely have a more healthier scalp with a normal itch compared to a very dry and inflamed scalp with intense itching. I am so excited that I decided to give this line a try, it is by far the only product that has helped me with my horrible scalp issues. I bought the shampoo, the regular and deep conditioners, the daily moisture scalp cream and the instant soothe elixir from this line. I haven't had to use the elixir yet because my scalp barely itches in between washes. Give it a try if you desire to have a healthy, moisturized and itch free scalp.

I know everyone says this but I have tried multiple products, and this one has been working. I have used some products that have semi-relieved the issue and others that have had me constantly itching. I have a dry scalp and this was perfect, and honestly really relieving on my scalp. I was at the point where it felt like my head was raw from scratching so any solution other than what I had would help. In the past the most promising solution I found was doves derma care but it was not the perfect solution, and only provided temporary relief. I like to have no parabens, sulfates, and silicones and that’s almost impossible when looking for dry scalp/ dandruff products.Re-Fresh was not great either for those looking for a solution, just a heads up.I’m hoping this product continues to provide relief, I have been using approximately 1 week so I will see if it’s still working well after 1 month. I do still have itching and dandruff but it has been significantly improved since I have switched, unfortunately I feel this is not uncommon when I’m trying new products and they do eventually stop working so well once my hair gets used to them. I guess we will see how this goes. Also bonus is that this smells really great!!

In late March 2020 I caught the first strain of COVID. After a three week battle I was left with some lingering effects, one of which was....dandruff. It's not a common after effect but it happened to me. I tried a bunch of different dandruff shampoos, most of which smell like charcoal and horror and none of them worked. I bought this shampoo on a whim and couldn't believe how quickly it solved my problem. It only took a few days. Not only that, but it also smells great.I haven't had any dandruff at all since I discovered this shampoo almost three years ago. Now swear by it. I use nothing else. Great product.

I have been searching for the right shampoo and conditioner for months now and I have finally found something that works!!! I was trying expensive and cheap combos with no luck, getting itchy scalp and frizz like no other. My sis uses head and shoulders all the time for her thick long hair so I started doing some research and found this! i had no idea they had so many varieties now......... so I figured i'd try this one since it said moisture. After two days no more itchy scalp and minimal frizz. now two weeks in my hair is healthy and manageable. My hair is naturally curly, but i occasionally straighten it. Wow what a difference this time! the pic is minimal product, only a heat shield spray. nothing else! it came out smooth and soft!!!!! I will continue to use this everyday!!

I have been suffering with severe dandruff for years now, and I spend a lot of money on different types of shampoos, creams, products.. You name it. I never thought that this shampoo would solve my problem especially that I have used different kind of head and Shoulders Shampoo before that didn't help with my problem. I have a normal to oily hair, and this shampoo works like magic! Keep in mind that it will not get rid of dandruff permanently (I don't think that such a product exist) but it will definitely control it very well. No more itches, red spot on scalp, and dandruff on eyebrows, ears, nose. Thank you head and Shoulders.UpdateI am on my second bottle now, and I can honestly say that my dandruff is completely gone! Unbelievable! I will be a customer for life and I will never change this shampoo. I think the secret is the apple vinegar works very well against dandruff.
