Would this keep frozen food (and breast milk) frozen? If so, for how long?

The length of time it will keep things frozen is relatively short. I would suggest using an ice pack or two with it. I carry my frozen meals in it and after 3- 4 hours it's still cool but starting to thaw.

Yes, pint size will fit. I think you could probably stand it up but if not, definitely on its side it'll fit.
