The one I got was authentic. works and fit great.
234-4260 is a Direct fit for O2 sensor for 2009 Lexus ES350 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2 aka Downstream Left. Whoever confused of which sensor it is this is it. I got it confirmed it's Denso authentic the one I have received. It looks more updated than the original denso from toyota denso that came out of the car. As of now it is going great and easy to install. Sensor looks high quality and it was on sale on amazon so the price is amazing.

Fit 2007 4Runner V6 driver’s side, closest to ground.
Worked great on my 2007 4runner with the V6. Fit on the drivers side, closest to the ground. Took all of 15 minutes to install. New threads even came with a little anti seize on them. Installed, cleared codes, codes did not return.

Works great.
Works great for 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser downstream from cats.

OEM Quality, easy to install.
This was a perfect replacement for a Toyota 4.0L v6 rear downstream o2 sensor. Item clip fit the factory harness securely, and had a protective plastic cap on the sensor to keep it clean during shipping. Replacement was easy to do, but hard to access laying on your back under a car. I did this on car ramps for the front. Stay safe and set the parking brake and use jack stands. This fixed/cleared my check engine light code (P040#)! Only minor thing ..and more of a suggestion is that the vendor provide a small tube of antis-seize lubricant to aid in installation.

Denso = Toyota
Denso is one of the OEM suppliers for Toyota (Spark plugs, Filters, sensors). The stuff you get at the dealers are Denso products with the Toyota label and marked up prices. This sensor worked as a direct replacement for my 2008 4 cyl Camry. However, the harness was shorter than the OEM one and there is quite a bit of tension from the harness to the exhaust.Also an FYI. AISIN is the other OEM supplier for Toyota (Cooling and mechanical)

Great price. Plug & Play. No more check engine (sensor) codes.
Installed this with the corresponding sensor in the other manifold in wife's 2008 Avalon. The engine control module was giving a code indicating one of the sensors heater circuit was not working. When I checked both sensors with my ohm meter, the reading were in the neighborhood of 11 ohms which is what they should be, but the code kept coming back after resetting. The car has 165 thousand miles on it, so I replaced both the sensors. Going on four weeks now with no check engine codes. And the car runs noticeably betterThe Denso sensor is the exact replacement model, right down to the same electrical connector. Denso's website gives good details about the exact replacement vs. universal models.It was a little easier to remove and replace the sensors than I thought it would be since the old ones were in the manifold so long. I did shoot them with some PB Blaster about a week before, and then again right before removing the old sensors.

Does not fit Lexus GX460 Bank 2 Sensor 2 replacement
Supposed to be an "Oxygen (O2) Sensor with 4 wire 9.45 inch long wiring harness"The wiring harness is too short for a Lexus GX460 Bank 2 Sensor 2 oxygen sensor.The entire module (sensor and harness) id barely 9 inches long.

This fits my 2009 Toyota Camry LE 2.4 liter
It works great! This part fits my 2009 Toyota Camry LE, ATM, with the four cylinder engine 2azfe. It's installed on the lower front exhaust pipe that curves down under the car from the catalytic converter near the flex joint. It's different from the one that goes on the catalytic converter that's bolted to the exhaust manifold on the engine. The wire length is a perfect fit at it's listed length of 9.44 inches. Don't buy the other sensor that has a wire length listed at 12 inches, wrong part. Correct part #: Denso 234-4260 Down stream heated oxygen sensor.
