Delivered ahead of time! Amazing quality construction!
Full disclosure: I haven't used this just yet, but I'm using tonight for the first time. Quality looks fantastic. I actually goofed on my original order and was bummed I may not be able to try this system out at a show tonight. When I discovered my error, I immediately went to Amazon to see if I could order this item. Although the item showed Sunday delivery, I was very pleasantly surprised when I got a notification that the item was going to be delivered well ahead of time, thus allowing me to use it tonight. Thanks to the Seller and Amazon for getting this to me so quickly. I'll update soon!

Sound Tools Cat Snake
These are great tools to build sub-snakes and drops to grab signal from a variety of sources and for a myriad of uses. Well made and durable, just add the proper shielded cat cable and carry on!

Well constructed, works as advertised
I run a small sound company that takes equipment on the road, its not a studio or installed setup. We use a pair of these (one male and one female) to run a talk back mic and laptop music from front of house to stage where the remote mixers are. These also allow me to use the solo function at front of house from the stage mixer using a wired in-ear monitor set, all through a single cat 5E cable, much easier to run 100' of cat5E than a heavy 100' stage snake.Of note: if you want to send phantom power down the cable, the cable must be shielded as in the shield connected at both ends of the cable. If you don't need phantom power to run a mic then any good quality cat5E or cat6 should work between the devices.

We bought this pair for an install job. It arrived in a perfect size box, and it was wrapped in great padding. The product is solidly built, the numbering on the XLR ends is durable and they have worked perfectly for over a month now. Great product.
