A game-changer for anyone whose sinuses close up while sleeping.
After an entire lifetime of having trouble sleeping due to my nostrils/sinuses taking turns closing up on me depending on which side my head was turned, I finally sought help from an ENT (ear, nose, and throat physician) who, after a quick examination, prescribed a couple of good nasal sprays, and recommended these babies. Let me tell you, I put these in before going to sleep, and they keep my nostrils open, and even moist, all night long. No more waking up either being unable to breathe, or from slobbering all over my pillow and waking up with my face in a puddle of my own spit. And they're so comfortable I forget I'm even wearing them. And a 12-pack of reusable ones for the price can't be beat. I've actually only used two pairs so far, washing them with soap and water every morning while I'm washing my face and hands, and just letting them air dry until I need them again that night. They have completely changed my sleep life, and I would recommend them to anyone who has trouble with their nostrils/sinuses closing up while sleeping. And as a non-medical professional, I wouldn't recommend these as a replacement for someone who uses a CPAP machine, since there are far more serious medical reasons that necessitate using a CPAP machine. These are simply an easy and useful solution for someone like me whose sinuses tend to close up while sleeping. But I highly recommend them to anyone in my position.

They work!
These vs. the stick on nasal passage strips? These, hands down. I have oily skin, especially around my nose. My left nasal passage was profoundly closed off from surgery to where I could not breathe through the left side. This became a major issue when trying to sleep. These work beautifully, as they stay in place through friction, are very comfortable and allow me to once again breath through both nostrils.

Lifetime Supply? and Unrestricted Breathing !
These work fantastically! I am not loosing any sleep due to nostrils restricting airflow. I first bought their nose vent assortment. There were two XL size in the assortment. I have lost them both. I had cut them down thinking they were going too far up my nostrils. They seemed to help, but fell out too easily, because of my alteration. When this pack of XL s came I decided to get brave, and used them as is. I am glad I did because they do not fall out, and reliably keep my nostrils wide open. Other Information; -I gently clean them under faucet every morning, and they do not seem to degrade in anyway. - Takes a a night or two to adjust, but it is well worth it. - Save money on not purchasing other options, such as sticky nose strips. -I would suggest you first buy an assortment, so you can find the size and type that works best for you.

They help increase your breathing ability in the daytime and nighttime
These have a little bigger ridges than the other ones I tried but they seem to stay in a little better I got the medium ones now there is a little point sticking on one side which is a little uncomfortable but turn them around swapping nostrils and they are more comfortable. I don’t know about snoring but my throat is not dry or sore the next morning so it does help. Also my blood oxygen was running in the 80’s a lot of the time and wearing these even in the daytime my my oxygen goes up to 92 to 96 which is great also I find waring them for a couple of days my nose stays open for a couple of days before it starts closing down again so you really only need to use them a few days a week. I liked the tape nose openers when they first came out but they would tear the skin off my nose so I couldn’t use them after a short time but these don’t create any problems that I’ve seen they also work with my CPAC machine which does dry out my nose and the pressure gets uncomfortable from time to time and I have to take it off but use these nose tubes to fall back on which work great not the same but they do help me breathe a lot better even without the CPAC. And even working out during the day or things like splitting wood with a axe these help make a big difference even walking I’ve found they make a big difference. I was shocked trying these in the daytime at how much better I could breathe and like I said after using a day or two or just nights my nose stayed open for a day or two afterwards. Give them a try it’s amazing what a little extra air can do sleeping or even at the gym. The tape nose openers started in the 80 for athletes but sweating and tearing off my skin is why I gave them up but that’s not a problem with these they don’t look that bad and are hardly noticeable. Give them a try I think you’ll love them

They were okay!
These Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilators were okay. I didn’t really notice a difference in my sleep, and I struggled to keep them in my nose—they felt a bit uncomfortable and hard to stay in place. They might work better for others, but they weren’t a game changer for me. Update: Let me just say this company has wonderful customer service. After writing my review, I got a message from the company asking me if I wanted a refund. I happily said that I would. I was given a full refund. Although this product might not have 100 percent worked for me, they have won me with their customer service.

I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!
