If your healing from a broken wrist order the soft putty . This has been very beneficial in doing my exercises for my wrist. A little expensive but if you use it daily it’s worth it.

Our daughter loves this stuff to death. We have to replace her supply every so often and the smaller container were getting pricey to replace. This is a great deal!

I purchased the 6 piece set of the Thera Putty made in the USA and all of the colors from xx soft to x firm are all the same firmness really hard. I don't know if they are old, but I don't think the xx soft should be too difficult to use. I added a video so you can see. I bought these to help with hand therapy. I like the size of the containers but I can't even use them since they are all hard or harder firm or extra firm. They are greasy some more than others as you can see. You have to wash your hands after touching them. I can't even say using them since they are all hard. Not worth the money since I can not use them.

Best putty I have bought, recommended.
