Ridgid informed me only tools sold through Home Depot are under warranty. Ridgid does not give a warranty on their tools sold through other vendors. It's working good for now but if it breaks I am out of luck

This is my second Rigid Reciprocating Saw. The first one lasted about 7 years of abuse. I cut everything from trees, lumber and metal with it and it never stopped. I wore it out over time. I am hoping this one last the same.

My craftsman 19.2 volt is finally wearing out. Bought this and has a ton more power. Easy to use

This used Ridged saw was bought at a Memorial Day discount and did not work. I wanted to trade it for one that did work and they wanted double price because sale was off. I did get a refund for the original amount but they guaranteed it was in good working order and did not stand by that. I am not happy!

This is not covered under Ridgid Warrantey, because it was purchased fron a non-authorized dealer, even though it was brand new.
