GABA,500 mg, 100 Veg Caps

Very good for calmness and anxiety, especially in the 2nd part of the cycle.

Good , but as it is known its effectiveness depends upon its obsorption , one has to check to know the results

This Product is a waste of money, GABA doesn’t cross the blood/brain barrier and as such has zero calming or other effect. To people it does, they have a leaky blood/brain barrier which isn’t good. It didn’t do shot to me n I’m relatively very sensitive to anything I take. Wasted my money just to figure out if it could pass the barrier. Internets full of research which says it can’t. The molecules of GABA is too big to pass it. A 500mg is double the size of a Taurine 500mg tablet. Don’t waste your money. What you should perhaps buy is PharmaGABA which is a natural form of GABA and able to pass the barrier. Thank me latter for the info which I’m handing to u after months of research.

This is a wonderful supplement. I open the capsule and put the product under my tongue. It is great when I feel stressed or my mind is going 100 miles an hour. It is very calming and very good for anxiety.

Be careful! It provokes heart pumpitation!
