I was in a full suit at a store using the Green Monster mask but it seemed to scare the little ones so I tried switching to this one. I put on green faux fur and a Santa hat. I cut offf the top knot and cut holes for ventilation. I wore a painters head sock, which really helped, but it got hot. I could only last an hour without some fan time. Yes i could see through the screened eyes but not very well. Fuzzy sight and a lot of glare. Even with the huge smile it still scared the little kids. Here is the big one...emoloyees said the green monster looked much better by a large majority.

This is a full head mask, opening is on the bottom, no open back or sloppy flap in the back like some other masks. It came with a clear plastic form to hold it's shape. I liked that, since I have purchased other latex masks that had become permanently deformed in their packaging. A lot of thought went into eye placement, they make the mask very wearable. The mask has circular 3/4" ear holes cut in the mask (Grinch has no ears so be aware that the openings are apparent unlike the eye holes which are perfectly camouflaged). Also, you cant see it but there are slits in the mouth area to help with conversation while wearing the mask. All in all, this is a great mask. Of course, a full head latex mask is gonna make you sweat but comfort and the well placed openings will have you wearing this mask longer than most.

It was not the full mask like it shows. It was a thin plastic with a string holding it on....like the Halloween costumes in the early 80’s

My son really wanted a grinch mask and while this was a an excellent mask and good quality it was WAY too big for his face. He is seven and this mask is intended for an adult. If you need a grinch mask for a costume I would buy, but pay attention to sizing and who is wearing it. Merry Grinchmas!

I bought this mask to use in a sketch in a Christmas show I produced. While the mask is a good size for delivering a great look it is too big for the average person and has facial support structure ...unless you have a big head.The instructions tell you to remove the clear plastic shell on the inside which give the mask it's shape; we had to leave it in and then add a soft packing foam so it would remain on the actor's head. Once that was done and we added a santa hat it was great.If you can get creative this is a great buy.

Great mask. Not too uncomfortable. Didn't scare any little kids. Nice addition to our Christmas parade.
