Ridiculous $$$$
These are great Motorhome house batteries! However, the Amazon price is about twice what you can get almost anywhere, including direct from Lifeline!!!!

Opposite Experience
I have the opposite experience as Mike. I bought 4 of these Lifeline GPL 6ct almost 6 years ago (not from Amazon) for our 5th wheel, and they are still operating like brand new I have three 100-watt solar panels on the roof. I run everything through a 45 amp controller and I have a Charge Wizard maintaining optimal charge levels on the battery bank all year along. You have to pair two batteries together in a series, then wire the two pairs of batteries in a parallel configuration. A pair of 300amp hour @ 20hour batteries doubles the voltage to 12 volts but does not double the amp hours. So 4 of these batteries have a capacity of 600ah/20hours. That's a substantial capacity for boondocking/dry-camping the initial cost is high, but as I said, I've had nearly 6 years of optimal usage with no maintenance at all, other than keeping the RV plugged in all the time when not in use. That's why that Charge Wizard is important. If you can stomach the cost compared to wet cell, and wire them properly, these batteries are great

the best battery combination for my heavy RV application
i have the same Lifeline 4 GPL-6CT combined with 800w solar and morning-star MPPT controller, and I have a Magnum 3000 hybrid inverter its a great combo I could not be happier with lifeline. I am at year 9 and its finally time for another set. I am a heavy utilization boondocker and could not be happier

Not for my rv
I bought 4 of these batteries to go with my solar system on my travel trailer. 4-100w panels on the roof, 30a mppt controller, 2000w inverter charger, all Renogy products. I bought these because I thought they would be a kind of plug and play battery. WRONG. A degree in electrical engineering would be most helpful. I have never been able to get them sufficiently charged according to the manufacturer. They won’t run a 200w load for 4-5 hours without running voltage down to 12.0v. If all I wanted to do was run my generator to keep these things at 13.4 or more voltage they’d work just fine. That really wasn’t the idea. I seem to have just flushed $1750.00 down the toilet.
