As I have gotten older, my sleep has not been where I want it to be. So, I have tried many sleep items, with little to no results. I have purchased Nutricost before with my sports supplement items, so I decided to try their valerian root. Well, let's say that I will never go to sleep without taking this brand of Valerian root again. It works wonderfully. Take that from an older dude that has been around long enough to remember that when I wanted to change the channel on the TV station, I got out of my chair and manually turned the dial.

Have ordered these a number of times. My doctor has me do these, melatonin, and L-tryptophan for natural sleep aid. Works great. And Nutricost is a great line of supplements.

I use this to get a grip on my anxiety. Seems to really help me. I see a lot of people commenting that they use this for sleep, but it doesn’t make me sleepy. I take 1 capsule 3 times a day.
