Excellent value
Have had this Dell Latitude 7490 for 2 months. Good laptop. Like new condition. Lightweight.Very responsive touch screen. Plenty of storage for my needs.Battery life now is as advertised - 5 hours, charges quickly. The charger is some kind of off brand but it works.Only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have a link to the manual. There was no documentation included at all.All in all a great value!

excellent computer
Very good computer, since I bought it it hasn't given me any problems, highly recommended.

Lasted less than 6 months
Tried to go the refurbished route to save some money. Appeared to be a decent computer at first. Was clean and looked brand new out of the box. Everything worked fine. My wife used this laptop for very light personal use, printing worksheets for homeschool...etc. I doubt it was in use for more than 20 hours since we purchased it. Recently the computer started to run very slow and eventually began to glitch when logging in. Everything locked up and became unusable. I took it into a repair shop and after 2 days of trying to repair / clean-up they called to say that there was a hardware issue and the unit could not be repaired. They said probably a bad mother board or something similar. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Great but with one little problem.
This refurbished Dell is exceptional! But, it WAS NOT a touch screen. That was , for me, an extra perk, but I didn't check until after I had transferred all from my old laptop and updated to Windows 11. My fault. Did not ask for a refund or replacement and otherwise more then satisfied.

It has turned out very well so far, the appearance of it is very similar to a new one.

Service from seller was selling point on a known product
I was looking for a Dell laptop that was smaller than my 15.6" one for travel and a refurbished one fit the bill. The seller Techrefurb was excellent when an issue cropped up with the battery and went out of their way to make sure I got a replacement before my trip by extra testing it ... in this day and age its hard to find responsive sellers like this. As for the laptop, it works like a charm, is lightweight and Windows 11 ready even though I made sure I got Windows 10 Pro (Enterprise) when I was looking for laptops. Will update review after using it for a trip and more in few months.

Very fast laptop - just what I was looking for.
Fast startup and includes backlite keyboard. Comes Win 10PRO fully installed. I like the joystick and the touch screen. The mouse pad is really responsive. Worth the price. Plenty of ports. Easy update to Win11.
